Khangchendzonga National Park permit and Sikkim Protected Area Permit arranged only through a registered Sikkim trek operator.

Base: Yuksom. Fly to Bagdogra (IXB) or take the train to New Jalpaiguri (NJP), then drive to Yuksom via Jorethang and Gyalshing in 6 to 8 hours. Walk from Yuksom into Khangchendzonga National Park and return to Yuksom the same way.

Key waypoints are verified against published sources; remote camps are operator-reported positions. The line is schematic, not a surveyed GPS track. Trails shift with weather — carry your operator's current GPS track, a registered guide and all permits.
