Permits & reaching base

Govind Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park entry ticket plus forest camping fee paid at Sankri or Taluka.

Base: Sankri. Take the train to Dehradun, then drive to Sankri via Purola and Mori in 7 to 9 hours. Take a jeep from Sankri to Taluka roadhead to start, and return the same way to Sankri.
